All services are provided under a mutually agreed scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

2. Service Booking and Payments

  • Customers are required to make full payment in advance while booking any service.
  • Once payment is made, it confirms the customer’s intent to avail the selected service and agree to all terms mentioned herein.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Immediate Refunds

No refunds will be provided if a customer makes a payment and requests an immediate cancellation.

3.2 DGTech Agency-Initiated Refunds

In rare cases, if DGTech Agency is unable to deliver the promised service due to internal limitations or unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed after deducting 10% as processing and administrative charges.

3.3 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a customer wishes to cancel the service after 48 hours of payment, the following terms will apply:

  • The customer must submit a written refund request explaining the valid reason for the cancellation.
  • If the reason is deemed valid by DGTech Agency, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the customer’s original payment method.

🔒 Note: Refund claims made after 48 hours of payment will not be entertained.

4. Delivery of Services

  • All service deliverables, timelines, and communication will be carried out digitally through email, call, or designated platforms (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • The client must ensure clear communication and timely feedback to avoid delays in project completion.

5. Revisions and Edits

  • Each service includes a fixed number of revisions as mentioned in the project scope.
  • Additional revisions or scope changes may be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All design, code, and project materials developed by DGTech Agency will remain the property of the agency until the final payment is made.
  • Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

7. Confidentiality

DGTech Agency respects your privacy. All shared information, project details, and personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DGTech Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

9. Changes to Terms

DGTech Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.
